When I first read this posting, I thought it was a joke. My knee-jerk reaction was this person could not be talking about Roger Foley, and then I got angry. From anyone who has worked with, talked to or even knows Roger, everyone and I mean EVERYONE knows that Roger is one of the hardest working attorneys in South Florida. He is a fighter. He never backs down from a challenge. He works up every case as if it were his only one. I can personally attest that I have taken hundreds of depositions for him and have transcribed endless Motions to Suppress where he is appealing them because he has case law that will reverse the Court’s ruling. I find it so appauling that someone can hide behind a cloak of anonymity and post something so ridiculous. I personally feel it’s not even a client but just some jealous hater out there. I guess time will tell if this supposed “client” will reveal his identity. I just couldn’t stay silent on this and I encourage other people to comment also. Thanks.
